Hangover Rescue

In the morning, people do usually get a taste of what the day might bring, at least physically, such as the sniffle that forecasts a cold. Hangovers predict a day of painful reminders in the form of a crashing headache and some vague guilt about self-inflicted suffering.

Hangover symptom is an extra sensitivity to the aromas and in order to find remedy on hangover, it is best to use oils such as 1 drop lemon essential oil, 1 drop juniper essential oil, 1 drop grapefruit essential oil or 1 drop peppermint, 1 drop rose peppermint oil.

It is also best to add the neat oils to a basin-or skinful of hot water. Moreover, if you are pressed for time, add the oils to a cup of hot water, gently inhaling the steam for a minute or so.
