There are moments when even the serenest tantrum. Stress is one of the reasons for throwing such kind of annoyance. Not far from all women, I am also guilty of having such tantrums when I feel and irritated. Its ordinary, everybody can feel the stress especially when lots has to be done. Also, it gives you a hard time to concentrate which mainly becomes the cause of headaches or increased heart rate. I believe there is no sure way to get rid of stress but there are ways to manage it effectively. Here's how"

Color your day

Flowers bows and soft flowy pieces of clothes are the reasons to fall in love with all things pretty. This November is not only about scary, dark, deathly and debonair look, you can always wear your colorful dress to look happy and inviting.

Comfort foods

Certain types of food can reduce the stress. Milk contains calcium, vitamin B1 and B12, that can serve as antioxidants to lesson the tension in the body. A glass of warm milk also helps you sleep better, giving you enough rest to last through the day.

Meditation

If you're starting to feel frazzled, slow down and pay attention to how you're feeling. Meditate to clear all the bad thoughts and free your mind from all the worries of everyday life. A minute of silence can help you focus on what you need to do for the day.

Anyone who has ever smelled anything bad knows that there is direct relationship between your nose and how you feel.
